Within the Federal Republic of Germany

• Delivery takes place within 1-5 working days to your specified delivery address with the shipping company DHL .
• In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer and, for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline shall end on the next working day.
• The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold shall not pass to the buyer until the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of sale by dispatch.
• The shipping costs are EUR 5.95. From an order value of EUR 100,- we ship free of charge.

Within the European Union

• When shipping the available items within Europe, the delivery time increases to up to 14 working days depending on the recipient’s location.
• If delivery is affected by force majeure, the delivery time shall be extended accordingly. We will inform you of this.
• We charge EUR 15.95 for shipping within the EU and Switzerland.
• From an order value of EUR 150,- we ship free of charge.

As soon as the goods have been handed over to DHL , you will receive a shipping notification containing a link to track your shipment. You can use the DHL tracking number to view the shipment status of your order at any time.

Early deliveries and partial deliveries are permitted as long as they are reasonable for the customer. In the event of a partial delivery, you will be informed by us and we will of course bear the additional shipping costs within Germany.

If you order items that are temporarily or permanently unavailable in whole or in part, we will also inform you here in a separate e-mail.

A contract for goods that cannot be delivered shall not be concluded.
